Automatic Cloak Room “GARDEROBOT” is the automatic coat check conveyor with the automatic system for receiving and issuing clothes that allows guests to drop off and pick up their items themselves as they enter and leave such public places as discotheques, medical centers, theaters, museums, restaurants and casinos.
It is easy to use: to start using it, it is enough to indicate to the “GARDEROBOT” whether you want to drop off or pick up your items. After that, the system identifies the user using the Face ID system, cards provided by the facility, a printed or electronically received QR ticket or even a fingerprint. The system sets the necessary slot with a hanger in front of the automatic door and with the help of machine vision the system controls the receipt of the hanger and its return to the conveyor, depending on the algorithm of work chosen by the client.
The automatic door with an electric drive reliably protects users’ items from theft. The built-in passive door security system checks the presence of foreign objects or the user’s hands in the doorway at the time of closing and prevents them from being pinched.
The Face ID system allows the guests to register several slots in the “GARDEROBOT” for themselves, so that it is possible to drop off not only their items, but also the items of their children and accompanied persons.
For public places, anti-epidemiological measures can be applied in the form of installing the system for measuring the body temperature of users. In case of exceeding the body temperature of the users, the system will automatically issue a warning to the owner of “GARDEROBOT” and will not allow the sick user to use the Automatic Cloak Room.

When selecting the type of conveyor for clothes with automatic doors of the GARDEROBOT and the room for installing equipment, the following parameters should be taken into account:
- If you plan to use GARDEROBOT to store the clothes of visitors, the conveyor is installed on a single level with the obligatory use of separators for slots. At the same time, the width of one storage place cannot be less than 96 mm; the standard and convenient width is 120 mm.
- When installing GARDEROBOT for storing clothes of employees of the enterprise, one or multi-level wardrobe conveyors can be used. If storage is carried out in covers or boxes, the use of cell separators is not necessary, the width of the cells in this case cannot be less than 72 mm, the width of 96 or 120 mm is standard and convenient for use.
- GARDEROBOT can also be used as an automated warehouse system for storing and issuing property, an automatic point for issuing clothes after dry cleaning. The width of the slot in this case cannot be less than 48 mm, the width of 96 mm and more is standard and convenient for use.
- The width of the room for installing the coat check conveyor cannot be less than 1400 mm, the height is not less than 1750 mm. 220V power supply must be provided in the room, in most cases, household electrical outlets are sufficient, because the power consumption of GARDEROBOT is usually no more than 1.0-2.0 kW.
- The room for the installation of automatic sliding doors of GARDEROBOT must have at least one doorway with dimensions of at least 690 (w) x 1900 (h) mm, the standard size of the opening is 785 (w) x 2055 (h) mm.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND COMPOSITION OF GARDEROBOT FOR CLOTHES
GARDEROBOT consists of the following main parts:
- Coat check conveyor consisting of:
— support posts supporting the guide along which the conveyor chain runs. The supporting metal structure is made of a profile pipe 50×50 and 60×60 mm;
— the drive unit consists of a guide with a bend of 180±°, a drive gear with a diameter of at least 700 (+/-10 mm), which drives the conveyor chain. The drive gear is made of steel with a thickness of not more than 5 mm;
— guides with a bend of 180±10° are designed to change direction;
— internal and external guides with bends of at least 90° are designed to change the direction of movement by 90° or more degrees;
— straight segments of the rail of different lengths are designed to connect the rails with bends and the drive unit;
— the conveyor chain, which is a bearing element, is intended for transporting things on hangers. The chain is made of stainless steel with a thickness of at least 1.0 mm. It has transport rollers with a diameter of at least 24 mm and not more than 35 mm in the vertical plane and 24 mm and not more than 35 mm in the horizontal plane. The number of rollers per 1 linear meter is at least 30 pieces;
— curtain-separator is made of non-fragile plastic, at least 7 mm thick, fastened to the conveyor chain using spring steel elements in the color of the conveyor metal structure;
— the motor responsible for the movement of the tape has a 3-phase connection, a rotation speed of not more than 1100 rpm, a power of 0.75 kW, with an efficiency of at least 80%. The kit comes with a frequency converter that ensures the operation of the motor-reducer from the AC mains with a voltage of 220/240V at a frequency of 50-60 Hz. The noise level of the engine is no more than 70 dB, the vibration from the engine is not transmitted to the floor. The maximum heat dissipation of the electric motor does not exceed 1560 Btu / h.
