Automated conveyor for clothes
The conveyor for clothes is the automated solution consisting of a stainless steel conveyor belt, a steel frame, a motor with a gearbox and control electronics. Different types of clothing can easily hang on the same conveyor to facilitate the stages of reception, storage and delivery, as well as saving time, space and the number of service personnel.
The automated conveyor together with clothes in the amount of 198 cells occupies the space of 2 * 1.2 meters with an operational height of 1650 mm. In the configuration of 246 cells, about 2.6 * 1.2 meters and a height of 1650 mm are required, which makes it possible to maximize the available space and accommodate the maximum number of storage spaces. The conveyor between the guides has a width of 625 mm, which allows to place clothes of any size.
Conveyor for self-assembly
The configuration of the conveyor implies a simple assembly with a minimum number of tools — you will only need hex keys, a cross screwdriver and about an hour of time. The installation height of the tape is about 1550 mm, which allows to hang long things and provides ease of use.
The scope of delivery includes all components for assembly: cable — 3 meters for connection to a grounded outlet, stickers with cell numbering through 1 for winter clothing. Also, when ordering, you can specify any other numbering, for example, through 2, 3, 4 cells. If it is necessary to move the structure, wheels with stoppers will be included in the kit instead of stationary stands
Conveyor management
The automated conveyor can have several control options:
— a wireless remote control that works at a distance of up to 7 meters from the conveyor, with left-stop-right buttons, can be fixed on a magnet directly on the conveyor structure or on the walls, conveyor racks on double-sided tape;
— wired left-stop-right buttons will only require connection to the control connector on the conveyor drive unit and wiring to the place where the buttons are installed;
— wired pedals left-right allow the cloakroom attendant to completely free his hands when receiving / issuing clothes, which speeds up the processing of each unit of clothes.
Additionally, the cloak room can be equipped with a SMART number system to speed up the supply of slots by automatically controlling the direction of movement to feed the slot along the smallest trajectory, as well as control systems integrated with third-party programs and services.
Conveyor Accessories
In addition to conveyors, we offer hangers made of steel, with chrome hooks and rubberized coating. These hangers differ from the usual ones, which usually fall apart from the load of the automated conveyor movement, by a special design without welded elements. The color of the anti-slip coating is gray.
